With over 25 years of experience as a lead pastor, a proven track record in church leadership, and having worked in the corporate world, Paul McCart brings a unique blend of strategic insight, invaluable skills, and relevant guidance to the real estate needs of churches, commercial clients, and residential buyers and sellers. His experience includes planting a church and fostering its growth for twenty years in upstate New York, heading up an existing church in Georgia where he developed an innovative team leadership model and led through many significant changes, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate deals that have served the best interests of his clients with excellence. His character and ethics bring the kind of care and attention that brings results in making visions find a place to grow and thrive with the right property for clients.

Meet Marilyn Amburgy
Marilyn Amburgy brings 35 years of commercial real estate acquisitions, management and sales as a CFO, Broker and Entrepreneur in development and construction. Her resume alongside her husband includes an 89-home swim-tennis community, 31 townhomes, 10 Self-Storage proejcts, a gated 27 new home community, 47,000 sq. ft. of office space, and a full-service car wash and oil lube. She managed all CFO responsibilities for these projects, assisted with all aspects of rezoning, acquisitions, loan acquisitions and property management. She has been a licensed Georgia Real Estate professional since 1988, working as a buyer’s agent for her partnership as well as other developers and companies. Now with Coldwell Banker in North Atlanta, she is excited about leveraging all her real estate and financial expertise and coming alongside churches and other commercial and residential clients to serve them with her passion, loyalty, strong work ethic and character.
